Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $89. Standard shipping under this amount is calculated at checkout.

How fast will my order ship?
All in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. During Halloween season (September–October), we ship daily to ensure fast delivery.

Will my order arrive before Halloween?
Yes, orders placed before October 25 are guaranteed to arrive before Halloween within the U.S.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in their original packaging. Please note: seasonal Halloween returns must be initiated before October 31.

Do costumes come with accessories?
Unless noted, accessories (crowns, wands, tiaras, wings) are sold separately. You can find them in our Costume Accessories Collection.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart in the description. Most costumes fit true to size. If your child is between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for comfort.

Can the costumes be washed?
Most costumes are hand-wash only in cold water. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Check the care instructions on each product page for details.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Canada and select international destinations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
